Allianz to Provide up to 12.5 Million Euros of Humanitarian Assistance

Munich, 28 February, 2022

Today Allianz SE announced that it would make available 10 million euros to support humanitarian efforts in light of the invasion of Ukraine along with up to 2.5 million euros to match employee donations.

The first one million euros will be immediately donated to the German Red Cross to provide humanitarian assistance to those displaced by the conflict and those who are in need in Ukraine.

Allianz will also match employee donations with up to 2.5 million euros. Further details on this program will be announced in due course.

For Information, Allianz Ukraine is a separate legal entity-resident of Ukraine and operates under full compliance and in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation. Ultimate beneficiary of the company is Allianz SE (Germany).

Allianz SE повідомив, що надасть 10 мільйонів ЄВРО для підтримки гуманітарних ініціатив у зв’язку із вторгненням в Україну а також додатково до 2,5 мільйони ЄВРО пожертв співробітників.

Перший мільйон ЄВРО буде негайно направлений німецькому Червоному Хресту для надання гуманітарної допомоги тимчасово переміщеним та постраждалим в Україні.

Allianz також акумулює пожертви співробітників у розмірі до 2,5 млн. ЄВРО. Подальші деталі відносно цієї програми буде анонсовано незабаром.

Також окремо зазначаємо, що ТДВ «Альянс Україна» є окремою юридичною особою- резидентом України, здійснює свою діяльність у повній відповідності із чинним законодавством України. Кінцевим бенефіціаром компанії є Allianz SE (Німеччина).
