ROSNO Ukraine has created Customer Service Department

“ROSNO Ukraine” Ins. Co. has created new organization unit - Customer Service Department which will exercise control over the quality of customer service provided by the company. Konstantin Vorobyov has been appointed as Head of Department.
The Department will conduct internal and external client satisfaction surveys, reveal customer needs, optimize work of the internal departments of the company based on the survey results, as well as exercise control over the service quality standards.
The key tasks for the Customer Service Department are to verify completeness of information provided to a client on all the stages of interaction with ROSNO Ukraine, to comply with the terms of client service and inform about delays in inquiry handling, if they arise, as well as to ensure full and well-reasoned answers to the clients’ requests.
